Richards,
FYI, I just formally approved you for the 21 month EE program. You'll get something official from the registrar, and hopefully AFPC will support an assignment.
Take care!

Congratulations!.... What's that meen?
Guess I am not the only dummy.... Can you give us more information, please?
There are 2 parts to getting sent to the Air Force Institute of Technology. I've just been accepted (fulfilling the first part). This is good news--since I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering, we weren't certain if I would get accepted for an Electrical Engineering program. I will be in a 21-month program instead of the regular 18-month program because I need 2 extra classes to fully qualify for the EE program.
Now I have to submitt a form to the people who make assignments. They will look at this form and my record and decide if I am a better candidate for the few openings they have for the program I want. They'll let me know next October. I'll start school in June of 08 if I am selected.
That's great! Thanks for the info! It's always nice to know what your future holds... unlike some of us...
Is this the one that is in Ohio? Congratulations!!
