Seen any good movies lately? We rarely see any movies, but the past two weeks, friends have loaned us their rentals. It's been nice to see a movie. I watched them alone after the kids were in bed and while Mike was at work, but it was still nice.
First I saw No Reservations. It was ok, but a little too slow for me.
Second I saw Dan In Real Life. I really liked this and would recommend it. Just a friendly little movie.

I've heard August Rush is good. We just watched Ratatouille (?) and the Fantastic Four movie, Silver Surfer.
We enjoyed August Rush. Our most favorite recent rental was Enchanted. Our next favorite recent movie was Star Dust.
Interesting that you should ask that question. I just came to this website from the Redbox website. I am trying to decide between Dan in Real Life and Enchanted.
I'll tell you what we pick and what we think.
Dad and I really enjoyed Dan in Real Life. I want that house! Not really the house, but the idea that the family has a place to gather and time planned for family. I am still very excited and anxous for our FAMILY REUNION!
We took the whole family to see Horton hears a who yesterday. It was the first time we took Sarah with us to a movie. Probably the last time for a while too. But we did enjoy the movie. Rebecca says she liked enchanted, but the rest of us didn't see it.
Enchanted was cute--totally a girly movie and appropriate for little girls but I enjoyed it too so maybe appropriate for older girls too? We are very interested in seeing Dan in real Life and August Rush. We have heard great things about both.
We got Enchanted this weekend and really liked it. Just cute. The kids also watched it the next day and the next day. Worth watching.
We watched Enchanted last night. Mikayla and I really liked it. Braden and Tyson would have enjoyed more cartoon time I think. It was cute. We also have Oceans 13 now, but I am not sure we will get to watch it.
