Voting time

Who's everyone voting for? Adrianne and I voted for Chuck Baldwin--we know there's no way he's going to win, but we are registered in Utah and they will select McCain regardless of what we do. We agree with the constitution party's position on most things. Are any of you in states where your vote actually means anything?

Maryland will almost assuredly vote Obama, we are a Democratic state.

Honestly not sure who I will vote for...I need to do a little more research tonight.

Honestly, we watched the last debate and liked Obama better than McCain, which is against our natural instincts. We need to learn more about what they are claiming.

Uhh, if you vote for obama, we might have to disown you.... If you want to live under one of the most liberal senators ever, with no experience, who wants to appoint supreme court justices more concerned with taking care of poor people and minorities than upholding the constitution, who thinks our constitution as written by the founding fathers was fundamentally flawed, who thinks the greatest failing of the supreme court rulings in the civil rights movement was that they didn't address economic equality, who thinks "spreading the wealth around" is good for all the people, who sought out marxist (AKA communist) professors while at school, whose pastor for 20 years is an america-hater, who initiated his political career in an unrepentant domestic terrorists living room, who claims to be all about taking care of people but has given less than 3% of his income to charitable organizations, and other things that aren't coming to the top of my mind right now...vote for Obama.

What is my other option...a president who seriously will be lucky to live it through his first term. Then having a female president who has even less experience...

Honestly, I think that it is a choice between a bad choice and a worse one. And I go back and forth between who is who.

I am not saying that I will vote for Obama, but I am saying that as of right this second I am not decided...not that it will really matter...

So... I guess your not to happy with the results, eh Mike? At least we're only stuck with him for a max 8 years, right?

No Andy. If he does what he says he'll do, we are stuck with what he's done for a long, long time --maybe forever. We were looking for change and now we get it.
