B-Day picture

Since none of you found a good picture to use for my birthday, I thought it would be a good time to show you my civilian facial hair.

This is the picture of when Laura and Nick came to surprise me at work today.

I'm glad you shared your pictures. You're right, I couldn't find one. Which means I'll have to take some next time we are together. You look kind of like a Russian man in the top right picture.
I don't know if I am missing something, but there is no picture of the surprise. Or is that the surprise?
I am glad you had a good birthday! Looks like you had lots of yummy food. Did you have a party?

Laura, Nick and the food was the surprise. I was at work and had a class during lunch. When I came back to my shop after the class, Laura and Nick were there waiting for me. The picture is in the break area of our shop.
Laura had called one of my bosses and told him it was my birthday and asked if he could pick her up and bring her here for lunch. He lied to me, telling me that his neighbor had gone to the emergency room and he needed my car seat to pick up his neighbors daughter.

I get it. I was wondering why you had a big exit sign on your door and your apartment looked differnt than before! What a good wifey you have!

You do have a good wifey to surprise you!

I like the beard. I think when we are all old we should all have one...well, maybe not the girls.

Happy Birthday!

I know you can smile with beards. For every picture posted, I took one smiling also. For your information, Jess, when I smile with a beard, it pulls all the hairs on my chin up so that they're pointed strait at the camera and it makes my beard look thinner. With the mustache it pushes it all around funny.
Mike: I think I'll probably grow a beard for at least a few months as soon as my work or school don't require me to be clean shaven. Then I'll decide which I like better.
