Is it too soon to pick a date, or would that make things easier for people?
Here is my thought...in July, after the 4th. That is still pretty broad, but narrows it down a little bit.

Sounds good to me. How about 15-19?
That sounds like a good date.
Or do people want a weekend in there? That would require less work off for some people. Sunday would just be a relaxing day, eating day, planning next time day.
Those dates look good to us. I just looked at my Stake Calendar and there is nothing there. Jason would probably be in classes, but would be able and willing to miss some of them.
I just realized that we would be having it during Mike's birthday, the 17th. Not a big deal, but we'd have to celebrate that and eat cake then.
